None of these are in focus, darnit, but they're so cute I have to post them. Erin and her friend were running back and forth on our front sidewalk. They were having so much fun, running and laughing.

It is unspeakably hot here. All I can do it sit around and drink ice water. It's about 100 degrees outside.

One of my night-blooming cereus plants is starting to bloom. They only bloom at night, the flower opens up just once and that's it.
